Through different dispensations and time, its been evident, that God has always have a need for a man to carry out His divine and executive decisions, intent and purposes in the earth.
So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land,
that I should not destroy it; but I found none
(Ezekiel 22:30 NKJV).
- God needed man (Adam and Eve) to fill and replenish the earth.
- God needed Abraham, through whom would come God's chosen people to point the world to God.
- God needed Moses to preserve and deliver His chosen people from perishing.
- God needed Samsom to protect and defend His people from their enemies
- God needed Esther to preserve the remnant of His chosen people.
- God needed a virgin (Mary) to bring the Messiah into the world.
- The Messiah needed the twelve (12) disciples to carry out His mandate.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "whom shall I send? And who will fo for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
(Isaiah 6:8 NKJV).
God has always partnered with man to fulfil His purposes and plans in the earth. And still today, God needs somebody. God needs you!
